At Karen's Cheesecake Confections, we really care about the products we sell, and we’d like to share our most important services and products with you. (Our cheesecake and other baked goods and catering events.) We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Karen Mikle owner and baker, baking for over 30 years. With that being said, there have been many years of tests and trial with recipes; I kept the ones that provided better results and ditched the rest. I am a delighted to bring years of experience to the Central Illinois community and to the world.
Karen's Cheesecake Confections is family-owned and operated in Central Illinois since 2006. Most of the baked goods are home made from scratch and are absolutely to die for. Since that time, we’ve treated every customer as though they were and are a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar products, but our products are made with fresh ingrediants and many of the cheesecakes are gluten-free, and come with a personal touch and homemade goodness that I grew up with.
